General practitioner - Participation in a Clinical Study for the evaluation of a digital medical device

Our client is launching an innovative study to assess the impact of a digital medical device on the impact of pain in patients over the age of 18, who have been suffering from chronic pain for at least 3 months at an at least moderate level. This study will compare the effectiveness of the medical device to standard management.
The medical device is an application that offers digital care, making it possible to support patients in the self-management of their symptoms. In this context, we are looking for general practitioners to participate in the recruitment of patients and the collection of data necessary for the study.
Objectives of the mission:
- Patient recruitment : Identify and recruit eligible patients, with a goal of 7 patients per practitioner over a period of six months, from October 2024 to March 2025.
- Clinical follow-up : Conduct three visits per recruited patient:
- Selection visit : Inform patients about the study, collect their demographic data, anamnesis and current treatments, to be collected in an electronic data collection form (eCRF).
- Follow-up visits : At 3 and 6 months, to collect possible side effects and changes in treatment.
