Associate physician - Innovative Medical Center (Paris)

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop medical protocols aligned with our client's values, with an emphasis on innovation and the optimization of care.
• Ensure the continuity of care in collaboration with nurses and the administrative team, especially for non-vital emergencies and everyday general medicine.
• Coordinate a team of dedicated nurses in order to guarantee personalized and high quality post-consultation follow-up.
• Collaborate in the integration of new technologies (radiology, diagnostics, biological samples) to maximize the efficiency of patient journeys.
• Support the training and development of health care personnel to promote a collaborative work environment.
• Delegate the administrative burden to focus on your consultations thanks to the support of nurses and medical assistants.
